There are three stories in this book. My favourite one is “Spottedleaf’s heart”. She was a warrior apprentice at first. Then, she found out the loved Thistleclaw. Later, she knows the fact that Thistleclaw trains in the Dark Forest with unsheathed claws. Next, she asked Thistleclaw to make his choice. He chose power over her. Spottedpaw(which is Spottedleaf) said something that I truly agree:“Spottedpaw: ‘What about love?’ Thistleclaw: ‘Love doesn’t win battles!’ Spottedpaw(mewed quietly): ‘You’re wrong, love is stronger than everything. ’” Finally, Spottedpaw chose to become a medicine cat apprentice. Another medicine cat, Goosefeather, said something about Spottedpaw, he said that she had loved foolishly, and her heart was blind. I love this story.
