啪嗒猫形象格外呆萌，每个故事里总有好几个意外发生，最后当然都是皆大欢喜！小子最喜欢意外情况了，所以尽管情节简单，他还是一读就喜欢得不得了，欲罢不能！句子对他来说几乎没有难度，少量生词，不影响阅读。一口气读了5本。

看画面本来小孩挺感兴趣，读完后并没有觉得有什么故事情节，对于三只猫来讲，也是挺搞笑挺难以忘记的的一个晚上。特别是当plank觉得自己的睡袋太小，辗转反侧，spike过来直接把他的睡袋扯破了，简单粗暴😄但很凑效。最后面三只猫一层一层睡在一起的样子很有爱，虽然很滑稽

splat想要轮滑，可是外面下雨了，他只好到屋里玩，在屋里轮滑的后果就是把客厅沙发弄的乱七八糟，地上到处都是轮滑的印记，打翻了妹妹的鱼蛋糕，餐厅的椅子也翻倒了，还把爸爸弄摔地上了，所有人都让他出去，splat也打算不玩轮滑了，结果和妹妹撞了个正着，但是机灵的他接住了妹妹的鱼糕点，爸爸妈妈跑过来后大家全撞一起飞出门外，splat没有感到rain is pain，而是rain之后如此美丽的彩虹。很符合小孩的行为特征，最庆幸的是最后大家都是开心的

对于一个猫控……给他一本狗狗Dixie…他分分钟放下，走到小架子上拿Splat去了😂对猫咪的爱入滔滔江水…当然啦爆炸头猫咪确实有爱的…而某熊对friends这个词是没有抵抗力的~直接就看掉了~他还跟着大叫"Wow,it's party time"……虽说他的party老说成potty😱(这怪妈妈我…有时候英伦感觉附身，发了些伦敦腔玩……结果……但你确定可以读成potty…………)

splat，spike，plank和little sis一起玩游戏，可是每次splat总是输掉游戏，后来splat不想再和他们玩了，splat一个人玩了一会觉得非常无聊，他们几个没有splat一起也觉得很别扭，于是大家又决定一起玩，这次不知道是splat真的躲的很好，还是他们故意让splat去win the game，反正splat赢了，所有人也都很开心，这也许就是友情吧。

splat很喜欢看super cat这个节目，可惜父母不允许。这个节目搞了一个蛋糕比赛的活动，splat做了一个很特别的蛋糕，蛋糕的想法来自super cat，splat的想法和节目的主题很贴切，自然会获得这次比赛的奖品。于是他又可以在家中看super cat这个节目了。挺聪明的一只猫啊，这一个主题也是孩子喜欢的。
